This year, up to three million euros are planned to be invested in the development of logistics, including the extension of broad and narrow-gauge railways and the construction of roads, at the industrial park “Mostyskyi Dry Port” in Lviv region, according to the project manager Victor Dovhan.

They also plan to create a site with all the necessary infrastructure for construction, so that future residents can use it. The team has already signed preliminary agreements with an importer of petroleum products – the first resident will build tanks, and part of the site will be leased to them for the transshipment of petroleum products. The second cluster will be for the export of agricultural products, with the construction of grain storage facilities. There is an agreement with an agricultural holding for this purpose. One of the potential residents could be relocated enterprises from the front line, from the east and south.

Construction is scheduled to begin in May, and next year they plan to start buying up land from the community if the occupancy rate reaches at least 50%.

The construction of the “Mostyskyi Dry Port” was planned to be completed in 2024. It is located on a communal land plot with an area of 34.51 hectares between Mostyskyi and Volytsia. On one side is the Lviv-Shehyni highway, and on the other is a railway branch to the Polish border. The area is intended to have a 13.3-hectare logistics complex, 2 hectares of parking space, 4.3 hectares of production buildings, a grain elevator covering 6.35 hectares, as well as administrative and ancillary facilities.
